This part of my site is for more serious and professional matters in regards to Policies on my Artwork & Character Designs. As a UK citizen, laws here offer protection on potential harmful content made that can defame a business as well as Art Theft.

Terms of Use Policy & Rules in-regards to my Character Designs & Art

Please be respectful & understanding of my wishes and discomforts of things I do not want me or my characters to be associated with even by-force. Although it should be common sense to understand boundaries are a thing & need to be respected regardless of your beliefs or opinions.

If you see anyone online intentionally going against my wishes to cause me harm or anything, please contact me as soon as you can, thank you. Please do not go out of your way to attack or harass the user doing it, just block & report them.

You May:

- You may freely take inspiration from my Designs/Art with not entirely ripping or directly copying it; if you are unsure how far inspiration goes before it is theft, feel free to ask; I really do not mind helping.

- You may create SFW fanart of my Designs with no NSFW, no Sexual themes, no fetish, no suggestive, no hate-art, no mentions of politics & no Ship art unless its a canon-ship if they have a official partner mentioned on their profile.

- You may ship my designs with their cannon partner if they have one listed in their description, link page on ToyHou.se or official lore.

- You may get my Designs commissioned in SFW-only/No Ship scenarios which does not breach any of the already mentioned do-nots.

- You may draw my Designs in scenarios with yours or other people's OCs as long as it does not breach anything already mentioned in my Do-Nots.

Please do not:

- Repost my Art to a profile or website without my permission/knowledge, even with credit; you must still check and ask that it is okay to.

- Use of my Artwork to be used in AI or to train AI.

- Misuse any of my Art/Characters in a negative or sexual/harmful ways.

- Any form of Hate Art, non-canon ship, NSFW even if it is mild forms of suggestive, sexual or fetish theming and political artwork.

- Publicly post/repost of my Kofi/Patreon/Boosty Supporter-exclusive content.

- Removal/Purposely editing off my Watermarks.
